"国人乳癌的年龄约为47岁
较欧美的50多岁年轻
但国人发现就医多是已经是摸的到肿瘤的二期
而健保是只有给付50岁以上的人作乳房射影
原位癌就发现有乳癌
最好从35岁开始作检查
一年作超音波 一年乳房射影

我的问题是国内这种乳房射影检查的剂量
是不是和国外的一样
是不是国内一般大医院用的仪器和国外先进国家一样新

我想问的是过去会有疑虑
这种检查接受的辐射线到底高不高
安不安全
如果常作的话

Mammography.Mammography is the process of using low-dose X-rays (usually around 0.7 mSv) to examine the human breast. It is used to look for different types of tumors and cysts. Mammography has been proven to reduce mortality from breast cancer.

The majority of health experts agree that the risk of breast cancer for asymptomatic women under 35 is not high enough to warrant the risk of radiation exposure. For this reason, and because the radiation sensitivity of the breast in women under 35 is possibly greater than in older women, most radiologists will not perform screening mammography in women under 40. However, if there is a significant risk of cancer in a particular patient (BRCA positive, very positive family history, palpable mass), mammography may still be important. Often, the radiologist will try to avoid mammography, by using ultrasound, or MRI imaging.
Regulation
Mammography facilities in the United States and its territories (including military bases) are subject to the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA).

乳房摄影所用的X光剂量约为0.7毫西弗，相当于一般人三个月内所承受的背景辐射量（来自环境，日常生活中处处都有背景辐射），对人体损害极微。为保障民众安全，美国联邦政府公布的乳房摄影方针要求每部摄影机每年都要经技师检查，确定其辐射量在安全范围内。
怀孕妇女最好避免做乳房摄影。若是有可能怀孕，一定要告诉医师或放射技师
